Srinagar, Kashmir and Pahalgam Tour Itinerary
Day 1
On the very first day of your trip, our representative will pick up from Srinagar airport and transfer you to the Hotel.
Day 2
Today is an excursion day. The destination you will be visiting today will be Gulmarg Which is also known as Meadow of Flowers. Here you can sit relax fully in the flowery valley and admire the surrounding landscapes. And a Gondola ride will be arranged (Client’s own cost) and by later evening return to Srinagar Hotel
Day 3
After breakfast Proceed towards Phalgam-The Land of Shepherds & Visit- Mini Switzerland, Beetab Valley & Chandanwari (Client’s own cost). And Night Stay at Hotel at Phalgam.
Day 4
After Breakfast at Phalgam, we will move forward towards Martand Sun Temple (1400 years old Temple) and South Kashmir’s Famous Mughal Gardens of Achabal, Kokernag and Verinag (Origin of River Jhelum). Night Stay at Tourism Premium Hut at Verinag/Kokernag.
Day 5
After Breakfast we will proceed towards Famous Aharbal waterfall through the Apple valleys of Kulgam and Shopian. And evening travel towards Srinagar and Night stay at Hotel.
Day 6
After Breakfast proceed to Sonamarg (2800Mtrs above sea level), which is also known as “Meadows of Gold”. Snowy Mountains against a Cerulean sky. The Sindh meanders along here and abounds with Trout and Mahseer, Snow trout can be caught in the main river. The visitors can have access to snow which is furnished all over like a white carpet. Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajiwas Glacier a major attraction during the summer months. In the Evening proceed to Srinagar, Overnight at Srinagar Hotel.
Day 7
After fresh leave for boat ride to explore the Dal lake, waterways, black water, canals, floating Gardens, Vegetables Market and Gardens, water lilies, lotus flowers, easily mobile vendors, floating handicraft center. Famous Mughal Gardens such as Nishat, Shalimar, Chashmaishahi and Pari Mahal. Night stay in Houseboat with feeling of love, it will be a memorable experience for couple, Overnight at Srinagar House Boat and enjoy the Happy New Year Moments.
Day 8
After having your breakfast, check out from the Houseboat and then we will go towards Doodhpathri-Milk Valley and enjoy in the valleys and meadows of Doodhpathri and evening return to Srinagar Hotel.
Day 9
After Breakfast and as per flight schedule we will plan our Airport drop.

Payments Terms
- For Package conformation you need to deposit only 50% Payment in Our Company Account given below and receive your Booking Voucher.
- Guest will have to make 100% payment before 30 days of arrival. Otherwise booking will consider as Cancelled.

- Package can be altered/change as per the customer requirement/ interest if possible (Subject to availability)
- Check out time of the hotel mentioned is 11:00 hrs. Check in time is 12:00noon. (Early check in is subject to availability )
- We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions &to ensure smooth execution of tours.
- We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
- Though Jammu and Kashmir have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination.
Terms & Conditions
- BOOKING TERMS
- Any Change in present applicable Tax structure in future Per Govt. notifications Taxes will be levied accordingly.
- IMPORTANT NOTE
- Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, Heavy Snow Fall, landslides, political Insurgencies, Strike etc.
- Travel insurance & Rescue Cost is not Include in the packages Cost
- CHILD POLICY
- Children below 5 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 5 yearsis chargeableand direct payment in hotel.
- PREPONE AND POSTPONE
- For postpone / pre-pone of tour packages are to be communicated inwritten and need to be inform us at least 7 days prior of tour date.
- INR 3000/- will be charged extra for pre-pone/postpone.
- Further charge will be levied as follows
- 30 days prior to departure of the tour, advance amount is non refundable, advance will be charged.
- 30 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost. 14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost. 07 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost. There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.
- However, if any of the amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above mentioned table.
- Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company.
- The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air / train tickets or any third party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline / railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party.
- The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client.
- All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is nonrefundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour,
- No refund will be made for partially utilized or unutilized services. The itinerary given is indicative and may be altered to suit the final confirmations received on all the services.
- Prices are unique and may be based on offers running at the time of booking.
